Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ocean's Bounty, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our organic seaweed fertilizer and want every customer to have a great experience.
Do we accept returns?
Yes. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery date.
How to initiate a return:
Email us at info@oceansbounty.com or call (656) 201-0427 with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refund eligibility:
- Unopened bottles in original condition are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price.
- Opened bottles are eligible for a one-time replacement if there is a verified quality or defect issue.
- Items must be requested for return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
Refund processing:
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement at no charge. Contact us at info@oceansbounty.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
Shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-returnable items:
Items that have been used beyond a reasonable trial amount and are not defective are not eligible for a full refund but may be considered for a replacement at our discretion.
